I’ve spent the past 15 years exploring the healing arts both personally & professionally. As is true for many, I began my wellness journey after a deeply challenging personal experience, which led me to embrace a regular yoga practice. I fell in love with its many benefits and two years later I expanded my knowledge in successfully completing a YogaWorks 200 hour teacher training. A friend I met through another yoga trainee introduced me to the practice of Reiki. I was intrigued by the numerous benefits she’d experienced so I started seeing her Reiki Master regularly and within a year began studying the art. I’ve trained in six traditions, attaining Reki I, II & Master level certifications since and have been actively practicing for 7 years. Additionally, I offer Reiki attuned mala bracelets that facilitate both functional & fashionable healing, “wearable wellness” if you will. I’m honored to be a part of Recvr OC’s team and look forward to sharing the incredible benefits of Reiki treatments with you. Namaste.
